Place one oral strip on your tongue and allow it to dissolve. Do not exceed 1 strip per day.

Your strips come in a FUGLY tin, and each strip is individually sealed in a standard packet.
Ingredients: Polydextrose (50 mg), Bifidobacterium lactis 37.5 mg (10 Billion CFU).
Other ingredients: Pullulan, Cellulose, Mannitol, Mixed Berry Flavor, Sunflower Lecithin, Monk Fruit Extract, Erythritol, Medium Chain Triglycerides, Malic Acid, Steviol Glycoside.
The boring but important part: Do not exceed the recommended dose.
